“Grafton pay-as-you-throw cuts trash 41 percent”

Worcester Telegram: In the three years since Grafton adopted a pay-as-you-throw residential trash program, residents have reduced their solid waste disposal by 41 percent, to 3,041 tons in 2012 from 5,169 tons in 2009, according to Assistant Town Administrator Kevin J. Mizikar.
