WasteZero Names Michael O’Donnell Chief Financial Officer

Nation's leading provider of municipal waste reduction programs adds finance management executive to corporate leadership team

Raleigh, NC - Thursday, September 12, 2012 - WasteZero President Mark Dancy and Board of Directors Chairman John Campbell announced the appointment of Michael O'Donnell as Chief Financial Officer for the company. Mr. O'Donnell has served on the boards of directors for NYSE-, London Stock Exchange-, and Tokyo Stock Exchange-traded corporations and has garnered more than 35 years of senior financial management experience across global industrial, transportation, and technology sectors.

Throughout his career in corporate finance and management, Mr. O'Donnell has guided organizations through the complex stages of acquisition, turn-around, transformation, initial public offerings, and strategic exits. Prior to joining WasteZero, as Electromotive, Inc.'s Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Mr. O'Donnell managed the highly successful sale of that global $2 billion private-equity-sponsored company. Before that, as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Xerium Technologies, Inc., he participated in the consolidation of legacy acquisition companies and also led the company's initial public offering.

Mr. O'Donnell holds a BS in business administration from Franklin University and an MBA from Ashland University.
