Alice Koehler leads WasteZero’s Marketing Department, interfacing with municipalities, corporations and agencies to create and execute winning marketing campaigns. She leads creation of all sales and marketing collateral as well as brand and product innovation. Prior to joining WasteZero, Koehler worked in brand and product management for several iconic brands including Kraft, Playtex, Butterball, GSK and adidas. Key prior accomplishments include:
- Led the creation of an industry-leading “Play On” integrated marketing campaign for Playtex Feminine Care that resulted in the turnaround of the 30-year-old Gentle Glide brand and double-digit growth for the Sport brand.
- Established and grew a robust retail private label business for Domtar Personal Care, including creating extensive product roadmaps and launching several hundred new SKUs. Business grew from $10MM to over $100MM in 2 years.
- Concepted and developed over 30 new items as part of the Kraft Foods Oscar Mayer New Products team, including the key new platforms of Lunchables with Fruit and P3 Protein Packs.
Koehler holds a B.A. in Art History and Business from Colby College and an MBA in Marketing from UNC-Kenan Flagler Business School in Chapel Hill.
