In addition to serving as a board member, Campbell also provides business consulting services to the company. Prior to her appointment, Campbell was co-founder, board member, and President of Campbell Alliance, a leading specialized management consulting firm, with subsidiaries providing education and research services. Campbell Alliance was sold in 2011 to inVentiv Health and Thomas H. Lee Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm.
Before that, she was a Vice President with Bricker & Associates, an operational improvement consulting firm. She also held technical, sales, marketing, and management positions for IBM in North Carolina and Chicago. In addition, she developed, launched and sold the largest table tennis club in the U.S.
Campbell earned a Master’s degree in Management with a concentration in Marketing and Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University and a BS in Mathematical and Computer Sciences from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a board member of Public Schools First NC, and Lillian’s List.
